Common use of TEA Business Leave Clause in Contracts

TEA Business Leave. Up to two (2) officers of the TEA or members appointed by the TEA, upon written request, shall be given a leave of absence, without pay, for the purpose of performing duties for the TEA. Up to one (1) year's credit on the salary schedule may be given for the time spent in this program. A second year's credit may be given upon mutual agreement.
