Common use of Teacher Duty Days Clause in Contracts

Teacher Duty Days. The School District shall establish the number of school days and teacher duty days for future school years, and the teacher shall perform services on those days as determined by the School District, including those legal holidays on which the School District is authorized to conduct school, and pursuant to such authority as determined to conduct school.
