Teacher Salary Guides - Movement. Staff members hired prior to June 30, 2014 will remain on the same step and salary until January 2015, at which time, they will move up to the next available step and salary on the 2014-2015 salary guide. In September 2015, staff members will remain on the same step for the 2015-2016 school year, and the 2015-2016 salary guide will be used to determine salary. In September 2016, certificated staff members will move to the next available step and salary on the 2016-2017 salary guide. Any staff member hired after July 1, 2014 will be treated in the following manner as it pertains to the negotiated salary guides for the 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years. If the employee is hired in September of 2014, s/he will remain on the same step for the 2014- 2015 school year. At the beginning of the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years, the new hire will be moved up to the next available step and salary.   • Customary Fringe Benefits Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.

  • Salary/Wages Grantee shall list personnel involved, position classification, direct salary rates, and hours spent on the Project in accordance with Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan in their documentation for reimbursement or match requirements.

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.
