Vacation Notice. Employees shall be permitted to choose either a split or continuous vacation when school is not in session. When practical, the employee shall have the right to choose the time of his vacation. If there are more requests for a certain period than can be allowed, senior employees shall have preference. Notice of employee’s preference to be given to the Superintendent’s office by May 1st. Employee’s request for vacation when school is in session may be granted by District.
Vacation Notice. Up to five (5) vacation days can be used as non-consecutive individual days with forty-eight (48) hour notice to the supervisor except in an emergency situation. The remaining vacation should be mutually arranged with the supervisor at least two (2) weeks in advance of the vacation.
Vacation Notice. Notice will be given an Employee at least 60 days in advance of the date his vacation period is scheduled to start, but in any event not later than January 1 of the year in which the vacation is to be taken.

Vacation Notice. An employee shall be entitled to his/her vacation time off in accordance with his/her successful bid or upon approval following application of at least two (2) weeks prior notice provided employee did not bid all his/her individual vacation time.
Vacation Notice. If a parent or guardian plans to take a vacation that will affect the attendance of a child, the parent or guardian must inform the Service Provider of the planned absence by providing them days’ written notice.

The Director of the Library shall grant vacation leave at such times during the vacation year as will best serve the public interest and convenience. Employees who wish to take a vacation shall provide the Library Director with sufficient notice. Vacation time may be taken on any day of the defined workweek.
