Vacation Notice. Employees shall be permitted to choose either a split or continuous vacation when school is not in session. When practical, the employee shall have the right to choose the time of his vacation. If there are more requests for a certain period than can be allowed, senior employees shall have preference. Notice of employee’s preference to be given to the Superintendent’s office by May 1st. Employee’s request for vacation when school is in session may be granted by District.
Vacation Notice. Up to five (5) vacation days can be used as non-consecutive individual days with forty-eight (48) hour notice to the supervisor except in an emergency situation. The remaining vacation should be mutually arranged with the supervisor at least two (2) weeks in advance of the vacation.
Vacation Notice. Notice will be given an Employee at least 60 days in advance of the date his vacation period is scheduled to start, but in any event not later than January 1 of the year in which the vacation is to be taken.
Vacation Notice. An employee may request time off for vacation upon mutual agreement with his Employer and at least two (2) weeks’ notice has been given to said Employer. Said request shall not be used for cause for dismissal.

Employees shall have the right to select vacation weeks according to their seniority, except that not more than 11 total employees, 4 shop workers, 3 truck drivers, and 4 warehousemen shall be on vacation at one time; provided that during the period between Christmas and New Years when the Company conducts its year-end inventory, such right shall be subject to the availability of qualified employees to make such inventory; and provided further that the Company will allow more than three (3) truck drivers to be on the vacation in any given work week if the operational needs of the Company are not adversely impacted.
Vacation Notice. An employee shall be entitled to his/her vacation time off in accordance with his/her successful bid or upon approval following application of at least two (2) weeks prior notice provided employee did not bid all his/her individual vacation time.
Vacation Notice. Employees will submit a tentative quarterly vacation request by December 15 each year for the period of January through March; by March 15 each year for the period of April through June; and by June 15 of each year for the period July through September; and by September 15 of each year for the period October through December. Employees must schedule at least one, one-week block per year. The Employer will not unreasonably deny requests for vacation usage. Employees will give notice of vacation to all office employees and locals as appropriate. Vacation scheduling will require at least one office staff and one field representative scheduled at all times the office is open for business.
Vacation Notice. A minimum of seventy-two (72) hours of notice shall be required for use of vacation of one week or more. Approval or denial shall be dealt within a reasonable time period. A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours of notice shall be required for use of vacation leave of one (1) week or less. Under extenuating circumstances approval may be granted with less notice
Vacation Notice. If a parent or guardian plans to take a vacation that will affect the attendance of a child, the parent or guardian must inform the Service Provider of the planned absence by providing them days’ written notice.
