Common use of Teacher Self-Assessment Clause in Contracts

Teacher Self-Assessment. All teachers will complete either a self-assessment on all eight (8) criteria and the components therein or use the results of their prior year’s comprehensive evaluation in lieu of a self-assessment, prior to setting professional goals. No teacher shall be required to share the self-assessment form with his/her evaluator.
