Individual Rights Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting the right of any employee having a complaint to discuss the matter through administrative channels and to have the problem adjusted without the intervention of the Association, as long as the Association is notified in writing of the disposition of the matter and such disposition is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
EMPLOYER RIGHTS - UNION RIGHTS Section 2.1 Members of the Union, except those meeting the requirements of Employer as defined herein, shall not contract for any electrical work by the hour, unit basis, lump sum or any other manner whatsoever.

In furtherance of this commitment, Xxxxx has adopted a Code of Basic Working Conditions and Human Rights setting out in detail the measures it takes to ensure this commitment is fulfilled. Xxxxx strongly encourages Seller to adopt and enforce concepts similar to those embodied in the Boeing Code, including conducting Seller’s operations in a manner that is fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to fair wages and treatment, freedom of association, personal privacy, collective bargaining, workplace safety and environmental protection. Seller shall include the substance of this clause, including this flowdown requirement, in all subcontracts awarded by Seller for work under this Contract.
Human Rights 14.1 The Recipient shall (and shall use its reasonable endeavours to procure that its staff shall) at all times comply with the provisions of the Human Rights Xxx 0000 in the performance of this Agreement as if the Recipient were a public body (as defined in the Human Rights Act 1998).
Civil Rights Title Vi Assurances A. Compliance with Nondiscrimination Requirements During the performance of this Contract, the Design Professional, for itself, its assignees, and successors in interest (hereinafter referred to as the “Design Professional”) agrees as follows:
Personal Rights The rules, regulations, and requirements of employment shall be limited to matters pertaining to the work requirements of each employee. Employees will not be required to do personal services for a supervisor which are not connected with the operation of the Employer.

This provision binds the Contractor and subcontractors from the bid solicitation period through the completion of the contract. This provision is in addition to that required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Civil Rights – General – 49 USC § 47123 The Company agrees to observe and comply with those requirements of the FAA set forth in Exhibit D, Federal Aviation Administration Required Provisions, as such requirements may be amended or interpreted by the FAA or the United States Department of Transportation from time to time. If the Company transfers its obligation to another, the transferee is obligated in the same manner as the Company. Compliance with Civil Rights Laws The Contractor hereby assures that it will comply with Subchapter VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 USC Sections 2000 (e) (1) through 2000 (e) (17), to the end that no person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, religion, ancestry, age, condition of physical handicap, marital status, political affiliation, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under this Contract or under any project, program, or activity supported by this Contract. The Contractor shall comply with Exhibit D - Contractor’s EEO Certification.
