Team Size. It is the intent of the parties to establish the size of teams between four (4) and ten (10) members and to have a Team Leader for each team. Employees performing absentee replacement duties will be assigned as evenly as possible to teams within the department but will not be included in the number of Team Members that comprise the team.   • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility.
