Technical Group. The County and the Participating Municipalities shall establish a technical group (“Technical Group”). The purpose of the Technical Group is to address the operational aspect of integrated solid waste and recycling systems, recommend to the Working Group the retention of any needed consultants, and report findings and recommendations to the Working Group. Any Participating Municipality may, at its discretion, have one representative serve as a member of the Technical Group. The County may have two representatives serve as members of the Technical Group.

Technical Group. The Parties shall establish a Technical Group (the “Technical Group”) to review and oversee the scientific and technical progress of the Project. Except to the extent otherwise provided by mutual written agreement of the Parties, the Technical Group shall not disband until the expiration of the Term or the earlier termination of this Agreement.
Technical Group. 4.1. The technical group will include at least one representative from each of the following: Ofcom (chair); BBC; Digital One/Now Digital; Arqiva; VDL; and one representative from any of Xxxxx Digital Radio, CE Digital, UTV/Switch or Folder Media. 4.2. The functions of the technical group are: 4.2.1. Discuss technical issues arising from the implementation of the technical plans (e.g. ACI). 4.2.2. Conduct frequency planning work and coverage validation tests, as appropriate, to support the development of the technical roll- out plans. 4.2.3. Establish and maintain the technical planning transmission and receiver parameter assumptions used to determine DAB coverage. 4.2.4. Provide technical support for international negotiations for frequency use, as required. 4.2.5. The Quorum of the Technical Group shall be four, with at least one being the Chair, one from the BBC, one from Arqiva, and one from any of Xxxxx Digital Radio, CE Digital, UTV/Switch Digital or Folder Media. Others may attend Technical Group meetings, at Ofcom’s discretion.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
