TECHNICAL WORK ACTIVITIES. Four General Disciplines (mix of personnel with varying levels of experience) – based on various subsystem disciplines (i.e. (a) Vehicle/Rolling Stock; (b) Train Control/Communications; (c) Power Distribution System; and (d) Interfaces, Safety Audits, etc.). The work activities will initiate with reviews of the Design CDRLs (Contractor design submittals – that occur at Preliminary, In-Progress and Final Design level) and Project Management related CDRLs (Schedule of Values, Project Schedules, Management Organization, Quality Control & Assurance, etc.). Technical work activities continue with reviews of CDRLs related to Subsystem Factory Acceptance Testing Procedures and protocols followed by Manufacturing audits and Factory Test witnessing. Finishing with reviews of CDRL submittals related to Site installation and On-site System Acceptance Testing (including On-Site test witnessing), Maintenance Manuals, Operations Manuals, As-Built drawings, etc. Note that the CDRL review work activities will be performed primarily in the Lea+Xxxxxxx home office with visits to the Site and Plant(s) to support manufacturing oversight, factory testing, system installation and testing activities as further noted in the specific tasks below.

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • PROJECT ACTIVITIES Grantee must perform the project activities set forth on Exhibit A (the “Project”), attached hereto and incorporated in this Grant by this reference, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending June 30, 2021 (the “Performance Period”).

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • WORK ACCESS ‌ Union Staff Representatives, Local Union Officers, Executive Board Members, and Local Union Stewards, who are members of this Unit, shall have access to the facilities of the departments, offices, or bureaus represented in this MOU during working hours for the purpose of assisting employees covered under this MOU in the presenting of grievances when Union assistance is requested by the grievant(s) or when investigating matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Union representative shall request authorization for such visit by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the department, office, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Union representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. Union shall give annually to all heads of departments represented in this MOU and the City Administrative Officer a written list of its Union Staff Representatives, Local Union Officers, Executive Board Members and Local Union Grievance Representatives which list shall be kept current by Union. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated as security or confidential.

  • Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.
