Temporary Employee Special Pays. Temporary employees may be eligible for certain special types of pays or benefits in addition to wages under specifically defined circumstances. A list of those special pays and benefits that are applicable to temporary employees is included as Attachment H. If a special pay or benefit that is described in this MOU does not specifically reference temporary employees or the special pay or benefit is not included in Attachment H, then it does not apply to temporary employees.
