Temporary Mates. Mates that appear on the Mate’s seniority list, but who have not yet completed the full Mate’s Orientation and Training, shall be considered a Temporary Mate under this MOU. For bidding purposes under this MOU, their seniority date shall prevail in bidding of Second Mate jobs.

Temporary Mates. A. B. For all other persons not included in 2.A. above, a “Temporary Mate” working under this MOU refers to a Mate that is not on the Mate’s seniority list. C. All Temporary Mates shall receive Second Mate’s pay when working as a Second Mate, with the exception of 7. Temporary Mate’s Scheduled Vacation Leave and Compensatory Time Off, below.

Lessee covenants that upon the termination of any such period of temporary use or occupancy it will, at its sole cost and expense (subject to Lessor’s contribution as set forth below), restore the Leased Property as nearly as may be reasonably possible to the condition in which the same was immediately prior to such Condemnation, unless such period of temporary use or occupancy extends beyond the expiration of the Term, in which case Lessee shall not be required to make such restoration. If restoration is required hereunder, Lessor shall contribute to the cost of such restoration that portion of its entire Award that is specifically allocated to such restoration in the judgment or order of the court, if any, and Lessee shall fund the balance of such costs in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lessor.

  • Temporary Suspension JetBrains reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to JetBrains Products if Customer or User’s use of Product is in violation of this Agreement or disrupts or imminently threatens the security, integrity, or availability of a Product.

If temporary Securities of any series are issued, the Company will cause definitive Securities of that series to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of definitive Securities of such series, the temporary Securities of such series shall be exchangeable for definitive Securities of such series upon surrender of the temporary Securities of such series at the office or agency of the Company in a Place of Payment for that series, without charge to the Holder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Securities of any series, the Company shall execute and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor one or more definitive Securities of the same series, of any authorized denominations and of like tenor and aggregate principal amount. Until so exchanged, the temporary Securities of any series shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as definitive Securities of such series and tenor.
