Temporary performance allowance. (a) If an Employee is requested to perform the duties of a more senior position on a temporary basis for no less than one full shift, the Employee will be paid an allowance no less than the difference in their applicable Ordinary Hourly Rate and the equivalent thereafter Ordinary Hourly Rate for each hour worked in the more senior position. (b) Where a Response Officer - Day Worker relieves in the Response Officer – Shift Worker role, for no less than one full shift, then they will be paid an allowance no less than the difference in their Ordinary Hourly Rate and the equivalent commencing or thereafter, whichever is applicable, Ordinary Hourly Rate for the higher classification.

Temporary performance allowance. 49.1. An employee who is reassigned duties at a higher non-SES classification level either within a PMC Band or in a higher PMC Band for a period of 20 consecutive working days or more will be paid a Temporary Performance Allowance (TPA) equal to the difference between the employee’s current base salary and pay point of the higher classification as determined by the Secretary (delegate). 49.2. An employee who is reassigned duties at a higher level in an SES position for a period of 20 consecutive working days or more will be remunerated at a salary level determined by the Secretary. 49.3. TPA is not payable for periods of 19 consecutive working days or less. If an employee is reassigned duties at a higher level for more than 10 but less than 20 consecutive working days during a busy period the Secretary (delegate) may authorise payment of a skills and responsibilities loading. 49.4. TPA does not form part of an employee’s basic periodic rate of pay and will not count for superannuation purposes unless paid for 12 continuous months or more.

  • Annual Performance Bonus During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the STIP, with such opportunities as may be determined by the Chief Executive Officer in his sole discretion (“Target Bonuses”), and as may be increased (but not decreased, except for across-the-board reductions generally applicable to the Company’s senior executives) from time to time, and the Executive shall be entitled to receive full payment of any award under the STIP, determined pursuant to the STIP (a “Bonus Award”).

  • Performance Bonus The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus, payable within sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Employer, in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the Executive's Base Salary for the applicable year. The amount, if any, shall be determined by the Board, or the appropriate committee thereof, and shall generally be based on a combination of organization-wide and individual performance criteria.

  • Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • Uniform Allowance Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of per year in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) a revision and amendment of the HSP’s obligations; and (4) an in-year, or year end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.
