DAY WORKER. A day worker is an employee who is normally required to work eight (8) hours per day exclusive of a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period from Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. inclusive but may, under certain conditions, be rescheduled for three (3) or more consecutive tours of night duty. Job titles of day workers are as identified in the Index of Job Titles attached hereto.
DAY WORKER. An employee who during the period of such recreation leave would have worked on day work only - an allowance calculated at the rate of 17.5% of his/her normal salary plus, where applicable, any higher duty allowance or all purpose payment payable to the employee concerned.
DAY WORKER. A day worker is an employee who is normally required to work eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday, inclusive, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except as otherwise provided. SENIORITY: Seniority means an employee’s continuous length of service with the employer in the PMLD bargaining unit from his or her original date of hire. Employees hired prior to ratification of this Agreement will retain any and all seniority previously accrued with the City of Plattsburgh.
DAY WORKER. An Employee who, if not taking annual leave would otherwise have worked on day work only, a loading of 17.5% of the Employee’s Base Rate of Pay, that rate to include any higher duty allowance or other all-purpose payment to which the Employee is entitled;
DAY WORKER. 13.2.1(a) Two hours at the Employee's ordinary time rate in the case of cancellation of weekday overtime work; and
DAY WORKER. 16.2.1 A day worker who is given notice to work overtime immediately following normal hours, which is cancelled prior to the employee commencing that overtime, shall be paid a minimum of one hour's ordinary pay for that overtime. Where the employee has commenced working overtime, they will receive a minimum of one hour’s pay at double time.
DAY WORKER. A day worker is who is assigned to job is scheduled for eight (8) hours (with twenty minute paid lunch period and through Friday. WORKER A worker is an employee is assigned to a job which is scheduled in any of following A job rotating (day, afternoon and night). A job regularly rotating between any two (2) shifts (day afternoon). A job either afternoon or shift. A job days which is scheduled for any five (5) days calendar week including Saturday and or day. A maintenance job days which is scheduled for any five (5) days the calendar week including Saturday and or Sunday a schedule which includes days off. DAY WORKER HOURS OF WORK The hours of work for day workers shall be eight (8) hours per day, forty (40) hours per week qualified by consisting of five (5) consecutive work days, Monday Friday. Day workers are eligible for shift premiums for hours worked outside of their day hours of work. SHIFT WORKERS HOURS OF WORK work day for shift workers shall be eight (8) consecutive hours which shall include a thirty
DAY WORKER. A day worker shall not be required to work in excess of 5 hours without a break for a meal. Provided the 5 hours may be extended to 6 hours due to an operational requirement or by agreement with the employee concerned. The meal breaks shall be unpaid.
