Tenant Space Sample Clauses

Tenant Space. In consideration of the covenants and agreements to be performed by Tenant, and upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant for the Term, (i) the Premises; and (ii) the Pathway.
Tenant Space. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no later than the Suite 1.5 Expiration Date, Tenant shall, subject to the provisions of this Article 13 and Section 8.4, quit and surrender possession of the Suite 1.5 Tenant Space to Landlord in good working order and clean condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Tenant Space. In consideration of the covenants and agreements to be performed by Tenant, and upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant for the Term (defined in Section 2.1, below), (i) Premises (as defined in Item 7(a) of the Basic Lease Information and (ii) Pathway (as defined in Item 7(b) of the Basic Lease Information). The Premises and the Pathway are referred to herein collectively as the “Tenant Space.”
Tenant Space. The Premises described in Item 7(a), below, and the Pathway described in Item 7(b), below (a) Premises: Approximately 10,000 square feet of area known as Suite 880, as set forth on Exhibit “A” (“Suite 880”). Approximately 9,400 square feet of area known as Suite 890, as set forth on Exhibit “A” (“Suite 890”; together, with Suite 880, collectively, the “Premises”).
Tenant Space. The floor plans attached hereto as Exhibit C depict the borders of the Tenant Space. The “Tenant Space” shall mean and consist generally of four (4) levels of data center space identified as Levels 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Exhibit C (the “Data Center Space”) (which Data Center Space is intended to contain approximately 51,000 square feet in the aggregate) and certain related areas (each being identified on Exhibit C as “Ancillary Space”) for Tenant’s supporting equipment and fixtures on other levels of the Building, including the basement identified as Level 0 on Exhibit C, part of the street-level floor identified as Level 1 on Exhibit C, and all of the area (collectively, the “Roof”) above the Data Center Space identified as the upper and lower roof on Exhibit C. Tenant will have the right to use in common with Landlord the Shared Space, including the corridors and stairwells shown as Shared Space on Exhibit C. The floor plans attached hereto as Exhibit C depict the borders of the corridors and stairwells which are Shared Space that Tenant will use in common with Landlord, and the Landlord Space which is not part of the Shared Space or Tenant Space. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tenant Space does not include any of the parking areas of the Building (as depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto and identified as part of Level 1 and all of Level 2 and Level 3/4, the “2020 Parking Garage”), nor does this Lease grant Tenant the right to use any of the parking areas in the 2020 Parking Garage. Nor does this Lease grant Tenant the right to use the portion of the Building basement depicted on Exhibit C as Landlord’s electrical room or the portion of Level 1 of the Building shown on Exhibit C as Landlord Space for Landlord’s future mechanical vault #3, ATS room, mechanical room and MSB room (collectively, “Landlord Facilities Areas”). For purposes of this Lease, except as the context may otherwise require, the term “Suite 500” shall refer to the full floor of Data Center Space identified as Level 5 on Exhibit C; “Suite 600” shall refer to the full floor of Data Center Space identified as Level 6 on Exhibit C; “Suite 700” shall refer to the full floor of Data Center Space identified as Level 7 on Exhibit C; and “Suite 800” shall refer to the full floor of Data Center Space identified as Level 8 on Exhibit C. Tenant Space. The Premises described in Item 7(a), below, the Pathway described in Item 7(b), below, and the Ancillary Space described in Item 7(c), below. (a) Premises: Suites 100, 110 and 120 in the Building, containing approximately 88,171 rentable square feet, per the ANSI/BOMA Z65.1 – 1996 (“BOMA”) measurements set forth on Exhibit “A-2” attached hereto, of separately demised area (the “Premises”), on the 1st floor of the Building, as shown on Exhibit “A”. For the avoidance of doubt, Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Premises consists of the upper surface of sub-floor below first floor up to the inside surface of the slab of the second floor (i.e. slab to slab) including the floor and ceiling plenums.
Tenant Space. In consideration of the covenants and agreements to be performed by Tenant, and upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant for the Term (defined in Section 2.1, below), (i) that certain space specified in Item 7(a) of the Basic Lease Information (the “Premises”), (ii) those certain conduit(s) or partial conduit(s) (“Conduit Space”) described in the Item 7(b) of the Basic Lease Information, and (iii) that certain ancillary space (the “Ancillary Space”) described in Item 7(c) of the Basic Lease Information. The Premises, the Conduit Space and the Ancillary Space shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Tenant Space.” Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Lease is subject to the rights of all tenants, licensees and other occupants of the Building under any lease, license or other agreement existing as of the Effective Date granting such parties rights with respect to the Tenant Space.
Tenant Space. The Tenant Space is equal to the Property.
Tenant Space. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord for the Term (defined in Section 2.1, below), (i) the Premises, as specified in Item 7(a) of the Basic Lease Information in the approximate locations depicted on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Premises”); (ii) those certain conduit(s), partial conduit(s) and/or dark fiber(s) or copper described in Item 7(b) of the Basic Lease Information (the “Pathway”); and (ii) the Ancillary Space described in Item 7(c) of the Basic Lease Information (the “Ancillary Space”). The Premises, the Pathway and the Ancillary Space shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Tenant Space.”
