Tenant’s Application Sample Clauses
Tenant’s Application. If Tenant desires at any time to assign or otherwise transfer this Lease (which transfer shall in no event be for less than Tenant's entire interest in this Lease) or to sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, Tenant shall submit to Landlord at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed effective date of the transfer or sublease ("Proposed Effective Date"), in writing: (a) a notice of intent to transfer or sublease, setting forth the Proposed Effective Date, which shall be not less than sixty (60) nor more than ninety (90) days after the sending of such notice; (b) the name of the proposed subtenant or transferee; (c) the nature of the proposed subtenant's or transferee's business to be carried on in the Premises; (d) the terms and provisions of the proposed sublease or transfer; (e) such certified financial information as Landlord may request concerning the proposed subtenant or transferee, including recent financial statements and bank references and (f) evidence satisfactory to Landlord that the proposed subtenant or transferee will immediately occupy and thereafter use the affected portion of the Premises for the entire term of the sublease or transfer agreement.
Tenant’s Application. In the event that Tenant desires at any time to assign this Lease or to sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, Tenant shall submit to Landlord, at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed “effective date” of the assignment or sublease, in writing: (i) a notice of application to assign or sublease, setting forth the proposed effective date, which shall be no less than sixty (60) or more than one hundred eighty (180) days after the sending of such notice; (ii) the name of the proposed subtenant or assignee; (iii) the nature of the proposed subtenant’s or assignee’s business to be carried on in the Premises; (iv) the terms and provisions of the proposed sublease or assignment; (v) a current financial statement of the proposed subtenant or assignee; and (vi) such other information as Landlord may reasonably request.
Tenant’s Application. It is understood that Tenant’s Application for Rental (“Application”) submitted to Landlord is incorporated herein and made part hereof including the information provided with the Application. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord relies on the representations contained in the Application. Any falsification or misstatement of any information whatsoever by the Tenant in the Application shall be grounds for termination of the Lease.
Tenant’s Application. If Tenant desires at any time to enter into a Transfer, Tenant shall submit to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date of the Transfer (“Proposed Effective Date”), in writing, a notice of intent to Transfer (“Transfer Notice”), which Transfer Notice shall include:
(a) the Proposed Effective Date, which shall be no less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days after the sending of such notice;
(b) the name of the proposed Transferee;
(c) the nature of the proposed Transferee’s business to be carried on in the Premises;
(d) the terms and provisions of the proposed Transfer;
(e) such information as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed Transferee, including recent financial statements and bank references; and
(f) evidence reasonably satisfactory to Landlord that the proposed Transferee (if the Transfer involves a transfer of possession) will immediately occupy and thereafter use the Subject Space for the entire term of the Transfer.

Except for any permitted transfer hereunder, if Tenant desires at any time to transfer this Lease or to sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, tenant shall submit to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date of the transfer or sublease (“Proposed Effective Date”), in writing:
(a) A notice of intent to transfer or sublease, setting forth the Proposed Effective Date, which shall be no less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days after such the sending of such notice;
(b) The name of the proposed transferee or subtenant;
(c) The nature of the proposed transferees or subtenant’s business to be carried on in the Premises;
(d) The terms and provisions of the proposed transfer or sublease;
(e) Such information as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed transferee or subtenant, including recent financial statements and bank references;
(f) Evidence satisfactory to Landlord that the proposed transferee (if the transfer involves a transfer of possession) will immediately occupy and thereafter use the affected portion of the Premises for the entire term of the transfer or sublease agreement; and
(g) Together with the required written application, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a nonrefundable sublease or assignment review fee in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Approval of Tenant’s application for transfer of this Lease or sublet of the Premises shall be in the reasonable discretion of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. The consent by Landlord to an assignment or subletting shall not be construed to relieve Tenant from obtaining Landlord’s consent to any further assignment or subletting.
Tenant’s Application. In the event that Tenant desires at any time to enter into a Transfer, Tenant shall submit to Landlord, at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed “effective date” of the Transfer, in writing: (i) a notice of application to Transfer, setting forth the proposed effective date, which shall be no less than thirty (30) or more than one hundred eighty (180) days after the sending of such notice; (ii) the name of the proposed transferee; (iii) the nature of the proposed transferee's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iv) the terms and provisions of the proposed Transfer; (v) a current financial statement of the proposed transferee; and (vi) such other information as Landlord may reasonably request.
Tenant’s Application. If Tenant desires to effect a Transfer, Tenant shall submit in writing to Landlord at least forty-five (45) days prior to the proposed effective date of the Transfer a notice of intent to Transfer (“Request to Transfer”). Each Request to Transfer must contain, or be accompanied with, each of the following: (a) The name of the proposed Transferee and, if not a natural person, details of the legal and beneficial ownership structure of Transferee, (b) a statement of the nature of the Transfer (e.g., a sublease, assignment or concession agreement) and of any related transactions (e.g., details of any sale of the business, details of a merger and copies of operative documents involved in the related transactions), (c) a detailed description of the proposed Transferee’s business to be conducted upon the Premises, (d) details of the terms and provisions of the proposed Transfer and the Proposed Transfer Date (which shall be no later than ninety [90] days after Landlord’s receipt of the Request to Transfer), (e) a current, audited financial statement for the proposed Transferee,
Tenant’s Application. It is understood that the Tenant’s application for rent is incorporated and made a part of this Lease. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord relies on the representations contained in the application. Rules and Regulations. The attached Rules and Regulations and Lease Addendums (if any) are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Lease Agreement.
Tenant’s Application. TENANT’S application for rental, submitted to LANDLORD, is herein incorporated and made part hereof this agreement. TENANT acknowledges that LANDLORD relies on the representation contained in the application and if any of those representations are d iscovered to be false or incorrect, TENANT will be in breach of this lease.
