Tenure of Agreement. Purchase Contract Framework Agreement This Purchase Contract Framework Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Legendsec (Beijing) Limited (the “Purchaser”) and Beijing BHL Networks Technology Co. Ltd. Tenure of Agreement. The Maintenance Agency shall provide Maintenance Services as provided in this Agreement until the Maintenance Services are handed over by the Company/Association to any other Assignee/Nominee/other Body Corporate, subject to the Allottee complying with the terms and conditions contained herein, at all times and subject to the Maintenance Agency not terminating this Agreement in accordance with the provisions herein.

Tenure of Agreement. Section 1. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2017, to and including December 31, 2020.
Tenure of Agreement. This Agreement shall be valid for a period of year from the date of execution herein. Further, the obligation of the Receiving Party to maintain confidentiality shall continue beyond any termination or expiration of this Agreement for a period of year.
