Tenure of Agreement. Purchase Contract Framework Agreement
Tenure of Agreement. This Agreement shall stand valid for two years from February 10, 2006 to February 10, 2008, the commencement date of which shall be decided by both parties in writing pursuant to this framework agreement and after execution of the Business Contract.
Tenure of Agreement. This Agreement shall come into force from the date of execution of the Agreement by both parties and this agreement is effective from the date of execution and valid till further notice. Either party may terminate the same by serving one month written notice to the other party. Any dispute arising out of or pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of Courts in Dharwad and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such Courts.
Tenure of Agreement. The Maintenance Agency shall provide Maintenance Services as provided in this Agreement until the Maintenance Services are handed over by the Company/Association to any other Assignee/Nominee/other Body Corporate, subject to the Allottee complying with the terms and conditions contained herein, at all times and subject to the Maintenance Agency not terminating this Agreement in accordance with the provisions herein.
Tenure of Agreement. This Agreement shall be valid for a period of year from the date of execution herein. Further, the obligation of the Receiving Party to maintain confidentiality shall continue beyond any termination or expiration of this Agreement for a period of year. The Disclosing Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party, which termination shall be effective upon receipt of such notice. Further, the Parties may mutually, in writing, agree to terminate this Agreement.
Tenure of Agreement. Section 1. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2017, to and including December 31, 2020.
Section 2. The parties agree to open negotiations with sixty (60) days’ prior notice provided on or about July 1 in the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 for the purpose of negotiating wages.
Section 3. The parties agree to open negotiations with sixty (60) days’ prior notice provided on or about July 1, 2020 for the purpose of negotiating a new labor agreement, including wages and benefits.
Tenure of Agreement. Tenure of this agreement will be for one year from its execution and this agreement will be renewed after the end of this period in case there is no serious irregularity and the volume of lottery tickets sold during the last one year is as per clause 35 of this agreement.
Tenure of Agreement. Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective August 1, 2019 and shall be in effect until July 31, 2024 and upon expiration shall be automatically extended from month to month in force thereafter unless written notice of desire to negotiate a new Agreement, in whole or in part, is given by either party to the other at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement.
Section 2. The parties understand and agree that the wage rates and job classifications existing in this Agreement shall automatically be incorporated and become a part of this Agreement, as of the date those wage rates and job classifications go into effect.
Tenure of Agreement. An Agent’s Agreement entered into under to ss. 7(2) of the DPP Act is valid until its end date; however, it can be terminated at any time for convenience or default. Consult section 3.7 for further information.
3.3.1 Written Communications Written communications relating to an Agent Firm’s Agreement, including the acceptance or termination, and amendments such as the addition or removal of personnel, must be confirmed in writing by the Chief Federal Prosecutor.
Tenure of Agreement. This is a 5 year rolling agreement, commencing on 1st April 2012.
