Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions purchased by You commence on the start date specified in the applicable Order Form and continue for the subscription term specified therein. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any such renewal term shall be the same as that during the prior term unless We have given You written notice of a pricing increase at least 60 days before the end of such prior term, in which case the pricing increase shall be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Any such pricing increase shall not exceed 7% of the pricing for the relevant Xxxx.xxx Services in the immediately prior subscription term, unless the pricing in such prior term was designated in the relevant Order Form as promotional or one-time.
Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions commence on the Effective Date set out in the applicable Order Form and continue for the Initial Term specified in each Order Form. On expiry of the Initial Term, each User subscription shall automatically renew for successive Renewal Terms and continue until either party terminates the respective Order Form and User subscriptions by giving the other at least 60 days notice in writing prior to the start of a Renewal Term. The termination of an Order Form shall not result in termination of the Agreement until all Order Forms are terminated.
Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions for Purchased Services commence on the start date specified in the applicable Sales Order Form and continue for the subscription term specified therein. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Sales Order Form, all User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods on a monthly basis, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any automatic renewal term shall be the same as that during the immediately prior term for 12 consecutive months. Written notice of a pricing increase will be provided at least 30 days before the anniversary date, in which case the pricing increase shall be effective upon renewal and thereafter and remain in effect for an additional 12 consecutive months. Any such pricing increase shall not exceed 7% of the pricing for the relevant Purchased Services in the immediately prior subscription term, unless the pricing in such prior term was designated in the relevant Sales Order Form as promotional or one-time.

Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions commence upon Customer’s payment for the Service. User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods of one (1) month at the list price in effect on the date the initial subscription began, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the relevant subscription term.
Term of User Subscriptions. For any BT Hosted Software that is billed on a User subscription basis, the subscription term will commence on the start date specified in the applicable Purchase Order and continue for the subscription term specified therein. User subscription fees are based on periods that begin on the subscription start date and each specified anniversary.
Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions commence on the start date specified in the relevant Order and continue for the Subscription Term specified therein. At the end of the then current Subscription Term, the Subscription Services described in the active Order(s) will auto-renew for a period of three (3) years, unless (i) Customer notifies Apttus at least forty-five (45) days in advance of their intent not to renew; (ii) the Subscription Services are no longer commercially available; or (iii) renewal Order(s) have already been negotiated. The Subscription Services fees for each auto-renew term will increase by five percent (5%) over the prior Subscription Term.
Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions commence on the Effective Date and continue for the subscription term specified in an Order Document or schedule (“Subscription Term”). If no Subscription Term is specified in any Order Document, the Subscription Term for such Order Document will be one (1) year. User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional, successive periods of equal length to the initial Subscription Term, unless either party gives the other notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, without a mutually executed Order Document, the Subscription Term shall be (1) thirty (30) days unless extended in writing by Anomali and (2) limited, temporary, terminable at any time by Anomali in Anomali’s sole discretion (without any liability), non-renewable, and for Customer’s internal demonstration and testing purposes only.
Term of User Subscriptions. User subscriptions and outsourced services commence on the start date specified in the relevant Order Form and continue for the term specified therein. User subscriptions and outsourced services shall automatically renew for additional periods of three (3) years at the list price in effect at the time of renewal plus increases as specified in the relevant Order Form unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 90 days prior to the end of the relevant subscription term.
Term of User Subscriptions. The term of User Subscriptions shall be as specified and paid for as per the respective Order Forms, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
