Termination for Withdrawal, Reduction or Limitation of Funding. In the event that funding is withdrawn, reduced or limited in any way after the effective date of this Agreement, and prior to its normal completion, the City may summarily terminate this Agreement as to the funds reduced or limited, notwithstanding any other termination provision of this Agreement. If the level of funding so reduced or limited is so great that the City of Fort Xxxxxxx deems that the continuation of the program covered by the Agreement is no longer in the best interest of the public, the City may summarily terminate this Agreement in whole notwithstanding any other termination provisions of this Agreement. Termination under this Section shall be effective upon receipt of written notice by the Recipient or its representative.

If the level of funding so reduced or limited is so great that the City of Fort Xxxxxxx, in its sole discretion, deems that the continuation of the Project is no longer in the best interests of the public, the City may summarily terminate this Agreement in whole notwithstanding any other termination provisions of this Agreement. Termination under this Section shall be effective upon receipt of written notice by the Recipient or its representative.

If the level of funding is reduced to such an extent that the Grantor deems that the continuation of the award is no longer in the best interest of the public, the Grantor may summarily terminate these Terms and Conditions in whole notwithstanding any other termination provisions in these Terms and Conditions. Termination under this section shall be effective upon receipt of written notice by the Grantee.

If the level of funding is reduced to such an extent that OBM deems that the continuation of the Ohio Ambulance Transportation Program is no longer in the best interest of the public, OBM may summarily terminate the Agreement in whole notwithstanding any other termination provisions in the Agreement. Termination under this paragraph shall be effective upon Subrecipient’s receipt of written notice by OBM.
