Termination of Agreement by Resident. The Resident may terminate this Agreement and withdraw from the Program after written notice to and discussion with the Program Director. Resident may terminate this Agreement voluntarily by providing no less than sixty (60) days prior written notice to the Program Director.

Termination of Agreement by Resident. 13.1 The resident may terminate this Agreement by completing the online Cancellation Request Form in MyPack Portal. Appropriate termination charges shall be assessed. All termination fees are in effect once an applicant is assigned to housing, accepts a housing offer or selects a space during the annual room selection process (as an individual or as part of a roommate group). Only University Housing may process an on-campus housing termination. Failing to move into a residential facility does not release the resident from this Agreement.

Termination of Agreement by Resident. If a Resident has taken occupancy and then cancels, they are required to notify HMSC housing by email to XXXX_xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx at least 45 days in advance of the move out date. Any billed housing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned to the Resident if a Resident terminates this Agreement early.
Termination of Agreement by Resident. Resident may terminate this Agreement for significant breach by Hospital or failure of Hospital to provide a quality graduate medical education program in compliance with the ACGME’s and AOA’s requirements for postdoctoral education. The Resident’s Program Director, upon consultation with the Designated Institutional Official/Director of Medical Education, may allow the Resident to terminate this Agreement upon 60 days written notice for other legitimate reasons. Upon receipt of such notice, Hospital may elect to terminate the Resident immediately and waive such notice period. In such an event, the Agreement and Resident’s privileges at Hospital will terminate immediately.

Termination of Agreement by Resident. Resident may terminate the Agreement at any time by providing at least sixty (60) days written notice to the Program Director and Department Chair as set forth in Section 6.1 of the GME Manual, unless such notice is waived by KU Medical Center.
Termination of Agreement by Resident. Residents who are eligible to reside off campus or who officially withdraw from Concordia University Texas may withdraw their housing application prior to the start of the Fall Semester. Students must contact the Director of Residential Life at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx to request the withdrawal of their housing application. Residents who withdraw their housing application prior to June 1st will have their housing deposit credited back to their student account. Residents who withdraw their application after June 1st but prior to occupying a room will not be charged for housing but will forfeit their deposit. Once a Resident has accepted this agreement, the following terms apply:
Termination of Agreement by Resident a) Any resident wishing to terminate their lease agreement, must submit an Agreement Release Request for approval by the Housing Release Special Circumstance Committee. Residents will not be released from the binding room and board agreement, or refunded any part of the room and board payment, except for the following reasons: (i) graduation, (ii) withdrawal from the College, (iii) demonstrated unanticipated financial hardship, (iv) documented medical problems, (v) marriage, or (vi) student teaching, or (vii) internship. Residents approved to be released from the agreement, shall have housing charges reduced based on schedule outlined in section 6, Reduction of Room and Board Charges, of this agreement.
