Tests Upon and After Synchronization of the Complex and Commissioning Tests. (a) After first synchronizing the Complex, initial operational testing of the Complex shall be conducted by the Company or its Contractors. Once the Company is satisfied that the Complex is capable of continued reliable operation, the Company shall request the Engineer to issue the Certificate of Readiness. Upon the issuance by the Engineer of the Certificate of Readiness, the Company shall so notify the Power Purchaser and carry out or cause its Contractors to carry out, the following tests (the “Commissioning Tests”), which if the Complex satisfies the minimum performance criteria therefor, will result in the Complex being Commissioned and in the establishment of the Commercial Operations Date in accordance with Section 8.3(c)(iii):

On being satisfied that the Complex is capable of continued reliable operation, the Seller shall request the Engineer to issue the Certificate of Readiness of Commissioning Tests. Upon issuance of the Certificate of Readiness of Commissioning Tests, the Seller shall so notify the Purchaser and carry out or cause its Contractors to carry out, the following tests (the “Commissioning Tests”)and/or shall produce “factory acceptance test” (FAT) reports and/or “site test results” (as relevant) as mentioned in this Section 8.3, which, if the Complex satisfies the minimum performance criteria therefor, will result in the Complex being Commissioned and in the establishment of the Commercial Operations Date in accordance with Section 8.4:

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation.   • Inspections and Testing Each Interconnected Entity shall perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Interconnected Entity shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to request reasonable additional testing of an Interconnected Entity’s facilities for good cause, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Inspections and Tests 26.1 The Supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the Procuring Entity carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the Goods and Related Services as are specified in the SCC.
