Measurement of Water Flows and Net Head. (a) The Seller shall procure (at its cost), install, calibrate, test, operate and maintain, during the Term, state of the art Flow Meters described in Schedule 6. The Purchaser shall have not less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of the testing and calibration of the Flow Meters and shall have the opportunity to be present at such testing and calibration. The Flow Meters shall be retested and calibrated as required, and in any event not less than once in each Agreement Year. Following installation, testing and calibration of the Flow Meters, the Engineer shall certify to the Seller and the Purchaser that, in its professional opinion, the Flow Meters have been installed, tested and calibrated in accordance with, are of the make and model contemplated by, and are otherwise compliant with the relevant technical and functional specifications set out in Schedule 6. The Seller shall not be entitled to commence delivery and sale of Net Delivered Energy until the Engineer has issued such certificate.

The Power Purchaser shall have not less than forty-eight (48) hours notice of the testing and calibration of the Water Meters and shall have the opportunity to be present at such testing and calibration. The Water Meters shall be retested and calibrated as required, and in any event not less than once in each Agreement Year.

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.
