TEXTBOOK AND TUITION REIMBURSEMENT. County shall, unless otherwise designated in this Agreement, provide for 100% reimbursement of tuition for off-duty related recognized courses up to a maximum of nine hundred dollars ($900) per fiscal year, in accordance within the provisions of this Article.
