Common use of TEXTBOOK AND TUITION REIMBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

TEXTBOOK AND TUITION REIMBURSEMENT. The County shall, unless otherwise designated in this MOA, provide for 100% reimbursement of tuition for off-duty, job-related recognized courses up to a maximum of three hundred ($300) dollars per fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions of the Article. This benefit is to be applied in the fiscal year in which the course work is completed. The Department Head shall not authorize expenditures in excess of the maximum.
