The Committee Recommendation Sample Clauses

The Committee Recommendation. The committee shall issue its findings and recommendations to the employee and the District Superintendent. The Superintendent will consider all requests for reclassification within two (2) weeks from the date the findings and recommendations were delivered to the Superintendent. The Superintendent will transmit to the employee and members of the review committee his/her determination, which may be to accept, accept with modification, or reject the committee's proposal. If the employee is not satisfied with the determination of the Superintendent, the employee may appeal to the Board of Education for review. The Board will consider the employee's appeal at a regular meeting within two (2) weeks from the date the appeal is received. If the reclassification request is approved, it shall become effective on the date the request was submitted, not to exceed seventy-two (72) days.
