THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NEW JOINT COMMITTEE. 2.1 Each of Breckland and Forest Heath (acting through the relevant body pursuant to the terms of its constitution) have approved resolutions in the terms set out in Part I of Schedule I and each of the Three Councils (acting through the relevant body pursuant to the terms of its constitution) have approved resolutions in the terms set out in Part II of Schedule I, and each of the Three Councils have provided written confirmation to each of the others of the Three Councils that it has (acting through the relevant body pursuant to the terms of its constitution) formally approved resolutions in the form referred to in Schedule 1 Parts I and II (as the case may be) together with certified copies of its decision to approve such resolutions (thus providing legal authority for its appointment of the New Joint Committee to discharge their respective statutory functions in respect of the New Joint Committee Functions.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.
