The Organisation of the Evaluation. A more detailed explanation of the methodology used in the evaluation will be provided in Chapter 2. However, at this stage, a general overview of the approach adopted may be helpful. In broad terms, the current assessment has aimed to complement earlier evaluation work, by directing investigation towards an examination of results and outcomes, as far as these are already apparent at this stage of the Programme, and comparing them with the initial objectives and expectations. This has particularly involved an examination of monitoring data and the conduct of a series of surveys and interviews with the beneficiaries of the Programme.   • Background and/or Criminal History Investigation Prior to commencement of any services, background and/or criminal history investigation of the Vendor’s employees and subcontractors who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract may be performed by the Customer. Should any employee or subcontractor of the Vendor who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract not be acceptable to the Customer as a result of the background and/or criminal history check, then Customer may immediately terminate its Purchase Order and related Service Agreement or request replacement of the employee or subcontractor in question.

  • Evaluation of Teaching 1. All reports on a teacher shall be in writing.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry.

  • ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 12T.

  • PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH SAFETY ISSUES OR INCIDENTS 11.1 The Employer, the Employees and the Union agree that for the purposes of s. 81 of the WHS Act matters about work health and safety arising at the workplace shall be resolved in accordance with this procedure.

  • Evaluation of Students Acknowledging the District’s adopted grading system, the teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of a student. No grade or evaluation shall be changed except by the teacher with the approval of the building administrator.
