The Tenure and Promotion Review Committee is a committee established to recommend conferral of Regular status and/or promotion of rank, consisting of the Vice President Academic or a designate selected by the President as Chairperson of the Committee, the Faculty Xxxx of the faculty member under review, two Regular Faculty Members selected by the candidate, two Regular Faculty Members selected by the Committee Chairperson who are of equal or higher rank than the candidate, one (non- voting) member from the Human Resources Department to advise on the process, and up to two additional external members who may be added, one at the discretion of the Chairperson of the Committee and one at the discretion of the Committee, for diversity or expertise, as set out in Article 12.03.3.

The Tenure and Promotion Review Committee is a committee established to recommend conferral of Regular status and/or promotion of rank, consisting of the Xxxx, as chairperson (non- voting), or a designate selected by the President, two Regular Faculty Members selected by the candidate, two Regular Faculty Members selected by the committee chairperson, from the same or similar discipline as the candidate and who are of equal or higher rank than the candidate, one Regular Faculty Member selected from outside the candidate’s discipline by the chairperson, one (non-voting) member from the Human Resources Department to advise on the process, and up to two additional members who may be added at the discretion of the committee for diversity or expertise, as set out in Article 11.03.3.

  • Review Committee A. 1. Representatives of the District and the Association shall meet informally once a month from September through May for the purpose of reviewing the implementation of this Agreement and of resolving problems which may arise. The meetings shall be called on the last school-day Wednesday of each month at 3:45 p.m. Additional meetings may be scheduled at mutual request.
