THIRD-PARTY DATABASE. (a) The Software licensed hereunder requires a third party database product which has either been integrated or pre-installed as part of the Software, or which must be installed to Use the Software. Third party database product functionality as integrated in the Software may differ from a non- integrated third party database product. Each third party database product is subject to its respective third party vendor License Agreement. This Agreement does not contain a license to use the integrated third party database product unless licensed as specified in the authorized order form submitted by Licensee to SAP or an SAP Reseller. Licensee has no right to use and is not licensed to use the copy of the third party database until Licensee has executed the Agreement, and has executed a third party database license agreement for the third party database.
(b) If licensed through SAP or its authorized distributor, the third party database is licensed solely as a runtime version limited to Use by Licensee solely in support of Licensee’s Use of the Software hereunder. Licensee may Use the SAP development workbench solely to customize the database scheme. In the event Licensee uses the licensed third party database other than as specified above, a full license, including programming tools provided through such third-party supplier must be licensed directly from a third party database supplier.
THIRD-PARTY DATABASE. KPMG shall license a third party database either through SAP or directly from such third party. License fees for any third party database whether licensed through SAP or directly from the third party shall be in addition to the license fee set forth herein for the Software.
THIRD-PARTY DATABASE a Microsoft SQL Server database engine applied in order to operate the database schemes of the Software, including WEBCON Business Process Suite database system, and the databases of the attachments and archive databases.

In the event Licensee Uses Unification for mySAP EP licensed hereunder, Unification for mySAP EP requires a third party database product, currently MS SQL Server, which must be installed to Use Unification for mySAP EP. Each third party database product is subject to its respective third party vendor license agreement. This Agreement does not contain a license to use the third party database product.

THIRD-PARTY DATABASE. The Web Applications include a third party database of employer listings which is limited in scope. Customer agrees not to use the employer listings for any purpose other than job market, career research and other activities generally associated with workforce or economic development. The employer listings must not be used for any commercial purposes nor can the Customer re-sell or provide at no charge, any employer records. This agreement grants no rights whatsoever in or to the third party database of employer listings to customer, except those rights that ERISS is empowered to grant under its existing license to the third party database.
