THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION. 12.1 Where the Supplier provides any Third- Party Software as part of the delivery of the Services, the Supplier shall provide applicable Third Party Software to the Customer under the standard licence terms provided by the relevant third parties, copies of which shall be provided to the Customer where possible and if so requested by the Customer in advance of a Service Order being entered into and the Customer agrees to be bound to the relevant third parties by such licence terms.

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION. Itron shall provide the Third Party Software, if any, identified on Attachment A and any related documentation. Any Third Party Software, and related documentation provided by Itron in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to a separate license agreement between the Customer and the third party software provider and will be subject to separate third party warranties, if any. Customer agrees that it will be bound by and will abide by all such third party software licensing arrangements. Customer is solely responsible for acquiring any software that is required to use the Software or Third Party Software.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required third party software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/thirdparty/index.html and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this XXXX.   • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services.   • Third Party Software/Open Source Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict, limit or otherwise affect any rights or obligations You may have, or conditions to which You may be subject, under any applicable open source licenses to any open source code contained in the Software. The Software may include or be bundled with other software programs licensed under different terms and/or licensed by a licensor other than Licensor. Use of any software programs accompanied by a separate license agreement is governed by that separate license agreement. Any third party software that may be provided with the Software is included for use at Your option.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
