Three (3) Day Bereavement. In the event an employee suffers the death of his brother, sister, stepmother, stepfather, spouse's father, spouse's mother, grandchild, and the funeral and its arrangements occur during the employee's scheduled workdays, the employee shall be allowed up to three (3) days off with pay, at his rate of pay. In the event an employee suffers the death of his spouse's stepmother or stepfather and the funeral and its arrangements occur during the employee's scheduled workdays, the employee shall be allowed up to three (3) days off with pay, at his rate of pay.

  • 360-Day Year Interest shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Paid Leave Executive will be eligible to receive paid leave for vacation and/or sick leave consistent with policies adopted by the Company from time to time. Executive also will be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its employees generally. Scheduling and use of paid leave and, if applicable, accrual of and compensation for unused paid leave, will be subject to the Company’s policies and procedures, as modified from time to time.

  • Computation; 360-Day Year In computing interest, the date of the making of any Credit Extension shall be included and the date of payment shall be excluded; provided, however, that if any Credit Extension is repaid on the same day on which it is made, such day shall be included in computing interest on such Credit Extension.   • Time Off During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to vacation consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than five (5) weeks of vacation per year. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Vacation; Leave The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and paid annual vacation in accordance with policies established from time to time by the Employer. In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards of directors may determine.
