Ticket System. The company will provide and maintain an electronic system (Ticket System) enabling the Customer to raise reports. The Ticket System can be accessed through the company's customer portal at xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or via email at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx . Customer Contacts will be issued with a secure user login id and password. Once a ticket is created an email will be sent to our technical team immediately and you the customer will also receive an acknowledgement email. Also, an email will be sent to you as the ticket is updated till completion. The response time will be agreed with you and defined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our standard response times are:. • Severity 1: Business Halted e.g. system crash [Up to 2 hours] • Severity 2: Business Impacted e.g. system available but missing key functionality [Up to 4 hours] • Severity 3: Non‐Critical/Minimal Business Impact e.g. error message with workaround, missing data [Within 1 business day] • Severity 4: Service / Enhancement Requested e.g. How To questions, data assistance requests [Within 2 business days]

How the ticket system is to be used shall be part of the collaboration plan, described in Appendix 5.

  • Internet We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1.   • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle. 10.2 Any Third Party Content we make accessible is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for, and have no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third Party Content. We disclaim all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Content. 10.3 You acknowledge that: (i) the nature, type, quality and availability of Third Party Content may change at any time during the Services Period, and (ii) features of the Services that interoperate with Third Party Services such as Facebook™, YouTube™ and Twitter™, etc., depend on the continuing availability of such third parties’ respective application programming interfaces (APIs). We may need to update, change or modify the Services under this Agreement as a result of a change in, or unavailability of, such Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs. If any third party ceases to make its Third Party Content or APIs available on reasonable terms for the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may cease providing access to the affected Third Party Content or Third Party Services without any liability to You. Any changes to Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs, including their unavailability, during the Services Period does not affect Your obligations under this Agreement or the applicable order, and You will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation due to any such changes.

  • Websites Websites created through the Network and/or linked with the School District’s official website must relate specifically to District-sanctioned activities, programs or events. Websites created using the Network or the School District’s equipment, or websites created as part of a classroom or club assignment or activity are the sole and exclusive property of the School District in perpetuity without any ownership rights existing in the page creator(s). The School District reserves the right to require that all material and/or links with other sites found to be objectionable be altered or removed for any reason or for no reason, in the sole judgment of Superintendent. The School District does not intend to open web pages for the expression of opinion, and specifically does not intend for its web pages to be a public forum or limited public forum for students, staff, or citizens. Web pages exist solely in support of the School District functions and mission as determined by the Board.
