Tier 2 Services. Tier2 services shall be provided by centres or federations of centres as provided for in this MoU. In this Annex the term Tier2 Centre refers to a single centre or to the federation of centres forming the distributed Tier2 facility. As a guideline, individual Tier2 Centres or federations are each expected to be capable of fulfilling at least a few percent of the resource requirements of the LHC Experiments that they serve. The following services shall be provided by each of the Tier2 Centres in respect of the LHC Experiments that they serve, according to policies agreed with these Experiments. These services also apply to the CERN analysis facility:

Tier 2 Services. Subject to Article VI, each Tier 2 Service shall be provided for the time period set forth in the applicable Schedule. The parties may agree to continue any Tier 2 Service for such longer period of time and upon such terms, conditions and compensation consistent with Section 3.1 hereof as they may agree from time to time.
Tier 2 Services. Microsoft will appropriately staff and manage Tier 2 Services concerning the Core Platform, Core Platform APIs and marketplace issues, Sales Tool issues, traffic quality investigations, and Paid Listing editorial review escalations. Microsoft agrees to resolve issues submitted to the Tier 2 Services customer support team in a commercially reasonable manner and no less quickly than Microsoft resolves similar issues as of the Letter Agreement Effective Date for Customers likely to be categorized as Premium Direct Advertisers. Tier 2 Services. 7.1. Tier 2 Start Date. Tier 2 services shall commence once the EJFR Fire Chief determines the elements in Tier 1 have been effectively implemented.
Tier 2 Services. Services previously established under the Duty Chief Interlocal Agreement and Tier 1 of this Agreement shall continue as previously agreed upon through the term of this agreement. It is recognized by both parties that the following Tier 2 services will require integration into EJFR’s management workflow and will not be instantaneous.

Related to Tier 2 Services

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (e) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Transitional Services Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the Contract for any reason, the Contractor shall provide reasonable cooperation, assistance and Services, and shall assist the Department to facilitate the orderly transition of the work under the Contract to the Department and/or to an alternative contractor selected for the transition upon written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) business days prior to termination or cancellation, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
