Tiered Service. With Tiered Service, Verizon provides full Internet access at the Customer-selected bandwidth, referred to as a Tier. Customer may upgrade or downgrade to another Tier within the range of Tiers available with respect to the circuit selected by Customer, at any time after the Service Activation Date.

Tiered Service. Tiered Service provides access to the Network capped at the number of Mbps or kbps for the selected bandwidth, referred to as “Tier”.   • Covered Services You will receive Covered Services under the terms and conditions of this Contract only when the Covered Service is: • Medically Necessary; • Provided by a Participating Provider for in-network coverage; • Listed as a Covered Service; • Not in excess of any benefit limitations described in the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract; and • Received while Your Contract is in force.

  • Grandfathered Services Services identified in GTE Tariffs as grandfathered in any manner are available for resale only to end user customers that already have such grandfathered service. An existing end user customer may not move a grandfathered service to a new service location. Grandfathered services are subject to a resale discount.

  • Non-Covered Services MCOs are not permitted to provide Medicaid excluded services that include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. All non-medically necessary services; 2. Sterilization of a mentally incompetent or institutionalized individual; 3. Except in an emergency, inpatient hospital tests that are not ordered by the attending physician or other licensed practitioner, acting within the scope of practices, who is responsible for the diagnosis or treatment of a particular patient’s condition; 4. All organ transplants, except for those specified in Appendix A; 5. Treatments for infertility5 and for the reversal of sterilization;

  • EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions. This applies to employees who are inducted through a selective service system or voluntary enlistment, or if the employee is called through membership in the National Guard or reserve component into the Armed Forces of the United States.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Salary Progression 1. For the purposes of determining annual progression from one step to the next, each teacher’s performance will be assessed annually against the appropriate professional standards. 2. When setting performance expectations and development objective(s) with individual teachers for the coming year, the appropriate professional standards against which the teacher is to be assessed should be confirmed between the teacher and the employer. 3. For each teacher to progress annually to their next salary step they will need to demonstrate that they meet the appropriate professional standards.

  • Years of Service A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
