TIME AND WAGES RECORDS. 2.9.1 The Employer will keep and have available a complete record of all Employees’ hours of work, annual leave, personal leave, long service leave and other entitlements in accordance with the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and Regulations 2006. Such Employee record/s will be open to inspection by the Employees which pertain to the Employee only. 2.9.2 Access to and inspection of time and wages records by any authorised officers shall not occur unless such access is in strict compliance with the procedures governing entry of these representatives under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and any relevant and applicable OHS or State legislation.
