TIME AND WAGES RECORDS. 31.1 Particulars of details of payment to each Employee must be included in a statement provided to the Employee at the time payment is made and will contain the following information: 31.2 In addition, the Employer must also maintain the following time and wage records: • the Employee’s date of birth; • date when the Employee became an Employee of the Employer, if appropriate, the date when the Employee ceased employment with the Employer; • the Employee’s tax file number; • the Employee’s Superannuation Membership number; • daily details of work including; o Daily start time and finish time; o Time lunch and crib breaks taken; o Total ordinary hours worked and resulting wage; o Total time and a half hour worked and resulting wage; o Total double time hours worked and resulting wage; • details of allowances paid; • details and payment for RDOs, Personal and annual leave, public holidays; • details of deductions; • details of additions; • total gross allowances paid per week and year to date; • total gross wages paid per week and year to date; • tax deducted from wages per week and year to date; • net wages per week and year to date; • RDO's, sick and annual leave accrued per week and year to date; • Superannuation and Redundancy contributions paid per week and year to date; and • Details related to Income Protection insurance
