Time designated for T. E.A.M. planning activities will not be rescheduled to another day when missed due to holiday, inclement weather days or other conflicts on the master calendar. Time designated for team planning activities shall be used for team planning activities and shall not include any activities that require student contact. Time designated for team planning activities will not result in any reduction of the minimum of 400 minutes, during student contact time, of preparation/conference/planning time during a two week instructional period for the school year. Duty time before or after student contact time during all other duty days shall be used to prepare for instruction and to perform supervisory duties assigned by the principal. Those duties are to be equitably distributed among the staff members. The Elementary T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Achieves More) plan will be reviewed and evaluated annually for possible modification to best serve the needs of children, staff and families. Information regarding this change in schedule should be done through a variety of means including, but not limited to, teacher/parent communications, newsletters or other school events; in addition, parent/staff surveys and an exploration of Kids Club will be completed. Upon written notification by the Board of Education of Xxxxxxx County School District No. 0001, the Omaha Education Association and the Omaha Public Schools Board of Education will re-open the Master Agreement to consider an alternative plan or modifications to the Elementary T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Achieves More) plan at any time prior to April 1, annually. Modifications and/or alternatives must be reviewed and agreed upon by both parties before the language is inserted into the contract. Unless there is an agreed upon modification of the above, Elementary T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Achieves More), that plan will continue.

  • PAID FOR TIME Wages for properly selected vacations, in all instances, will be paid to the employees no later than the workday prior to their vacation. If the employee does not receive his/her vacation check, the Employer will make all reasonable efforts to provide the check the following day including delivery by Saturday or Next Day Air. If the employee requests to see his vacation check on the Monday as permitted below and the Employer fails to make the vacation payment available by Saturday following the employee’s regular scheduled pay day the employee shall be paid an additional amount equal to one-half (1/2) of his or her daily guarantee at his or her regular hourly rate for every subsequent pay period until the shortage is corrected. Other shortages involving more than fifty forty ($40.00) ($50.00) dollars for full-time employees, and twenty ($20.00) twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for part-time employees, will be corrected and the payment will be made available to the employee at his/her reporting location on his/her second scheduled workday after reporting the shortage. If the Employer fails to make the payment available on the employee’s second scheduled workday and the shortage was the result of the Employer’s error, the employee will be paid an additional amount equal to one-half (1/2) of his/her daily guarantee at his/her regular hourly rate for every full pay period in which the shortage is not paid after the second (2nd) scheduled work day, until corrected. Errors of less than fifty ($50.00) forty ($40.00) dollars for full-time employees or twenty-five ($25.00) twenty ($20.00) dollars for part- time employees and overages will be corrected in the following weekly paycheck. The Union and Employer shall have the authority at any level of the grievance procedure to award a penalty up to the amount specified in the prior paragraph for any violation of the provision. If an employee works in different classifications during a shift that are paid at different rates, the different hours and rates shall be available for review electronically by an employee on a Company maintained website. Any grievance payments included on a paycheck will also be available for review by affected employees electronically with the applicable identifying grievance number on a website maintained by the Employer. Nothing in this paragraph is intended to eliminate any local practices regarding availability of data regarding grievance settlements.

  • DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.

  • Regular Meetings Regular meetings of the Trustees may be held without call or notice at such places and at such times as the Trustees may from time to time determine, provided that notice of the first regular meeting following any such determination shall be given to absent Trustees.

  • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

  • RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS Residence accommodations, including bedroom space, shared common areas (such as living rooms and bathrooms) and shared community facilities (such as floor community rooms and laundries) may only be occupied by the resident to whom the room is assigned.
