Master Calendar definition

Master Calendar means the compliance calendar annually issued by the Commission.
Master Calendar or “MCRR” means the Master Calendar of Reporting Requirements developed and administered by the Charter Schools Office setting forth a reporting time line for certain governance, financial, administrative, facility and educational information relating to the Academy. The Charter Schools Office Director may, at any time and at his or her sole discretion, amend the Master Calendar. Upon amendment, changes to the Master Calendar shall automatically be incorporated into this Contract and shall be exempt from the amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Distribution Calendar Year means a calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. The first Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year that contains the Participant’s Required Beginning Date and the last Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year that contains the Participant’s date of death. The required minimum distribution for the Participant’s first Distribution Calendar Year shall be made on or before the Participant’s Required Beginning Date.   • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • School fiscal year means a fiscal year that commences July 1 and continues through June 30.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.
