Master Calendar definition

Master Calendar or “MCRR” means the Master Calendar of Reporting Requirements developed and administered by the Charter Schools Office setting forth a reporting time line for certain financial, administrative, facility, Academy Board and educational information relating to the Academy. The Charter Schools Director may, at any time and at his or her sole discretion, amend the Master Calendar. Upon amendment, changes to the Master Calendar shall automatically be incorporated into this Contract and shall be exempt from the amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.
Master Calendar means the compliance calendar annually issued by the Commission.
