Invoking Party definition

Invoking Party see Section 15.1.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Invoking Party in a sentence

  • If the Second Level parties cannot resolve the issue within thirty (30) business days of the Invoking Party’s original notice, then the issue shall be designated as a dispute at the discretion of the Invoking Party and, if so, shall be resolved in accordance with the appropriate Sections herein.

The proceeds of any award or claim for damages that are attributable to the impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property are hereby assigned and shall be paid to Lender. All Miscellaneous Proceeds that are not applied to restoration or repair of the Property shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2.

  • Settling Party means any one of, and “Settling Parties” means all of, the parties to the Stipulation, namely Defendants and Plaintiffs (on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class).
