Time Limit on Grievances. Grievances involving alleged violations of this Article must be filed within forty five (45) days from the date upon which such claimed violation took place or forty five (45) days from the date on which the candidate should have reasonably known of its occurrence.

Time Limit on Grievances. Grievances of any nature must be made with­ in forty-five (45) calendar days after the cause giving rise to the grievance becomes evident; and wage claims shall not be valid and collectible for a period earlier than ninety (90) days prior to the date of filing the grievance or the date the grievance arose, whichever date is most recent.
Time Limit on Grievances. Such disciplinary action will be deemed final and auto- matically closed unless a written grievance is filed within three (3) working days from the time of presentation of written notice provided for in Subsection (a) of this Section. For the purpose of this Section, the phrase ‘‘working days’’ shall not include regularly scheduled days of rest for employees on necessary continuous 7-day operations.

  • Policy Grievances Where either party to this Agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this Agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Administrator, his/her designate or the Union within thirty (30) calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party, within a further fourteen (14) calendar days, may submit the dispute to arbitration, as set out in Article 9 of this Agreement.
