Method of Measurement The harmonics emission on AC power lines generated by the vehicle representative of its type shall be measured using the method described in Annex 11. The method of measurement shall be defined by the vehicle manufacturer in accordance with the Technical Service.
TIME OF COMPLETION The Owner shall issue a Notice to Proceed identifying the date for commencement of the Work. The commencement date shall be 10 or more days after the date the notice is issued. The Contractor shall achieve substantial completion of the Work within _____________________ (____) calendar days after the commencement date, as such completion date may be extended by approved Change Orders. The time set forth for completion of the Work is an essential element of the Contract.

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION 2.1 The Contractor shall commence the Work upon the date established in the Notice to Proceed.
Change Order Conditions All Change Orders are issued under the following conditions and shall contain the following language as appropriate:
Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

Reporting of Metered Data and Parameters 7.2.1 The grid connected Solar PV power plants will install necessary equipment for regular monitoring of solar irradiance (including GHI, DHI and solar radiation in the module plane), ambient air temperature, wind speed and other weather parameters and simultaneously for monitoring of the electric power (both DC and AC) generated from the Project.
