Common use of Time of Taking Leave Clause in Contracts

Time of Taking Leave. Annual leave shall be given at a time fixed by the employer within a period not exceeding twelve (12) months from the date when the right to annual leave accrued and after not less than two (2) weeks notice by the employee or employer.
