Time Off For Part-Time Employees. All paid time off described in Article 9 will be prorated for part-time employees based on actual hours worked during the prior calendar quarter. Proration for newly hired part-time employees will be based on their normally scheduled hours until the employee has worked for a full calendar quarter.
