Time Off for Presenting Grievances. The aggrieved employee, Union president and any employee witnesses will be excused from their regular duties during their participation in the hearing if the hearing is held during their regularly scheduled hours of work. In no case will an employee receive payment for participating in an arbitration proceeding that is held outside of his or her regularly scheduled hours of work. The Authority shall not incur any overtime expense as a result of this provision.‌
