Time Off for Presenting Grievances. A member and Grievance Representative shall be allowed time off from regular duties with pay for attendance at scheduled meetings under the Grievance Procedure with prior approval of their respective supervisors. When a grievance meeting is held on a shift other than the scheduled shift hours of the grievant and/or his or her Grievance Representative, both the grievant and the Grievance Representative shall be compensated for the time spent in the grievance meeting.
