Time Off in Lieu of Payment. Where an employee is entitled to time-off-in-lieu-of-overtime in accordance with clause 11.1, the following arrangements will apply: • all time-off-in-lieu credits must have the prior approval of the department manager; • all time-off-in-lieu credits must be taken within 3 months of the time being accrued, unless specially agreed between the employee and the department manager; • unless otherwise authorised the minimum period for taking time off in lieu is 2 hours.
