Time Off in Lieu of Payment. Where An employee may elect, with the employee requests and with prior agreement consent of the manager, an employee may be granted Company to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with the applicable overtime rate, that is at Company. Overtime taken as time off will be on the basis of one and one-half (1.5) or twohour off for each hour worked.
