Time Off, Meeting Space and Equipment Use a)Time Off: The grievant(s) and/or Union grievance representative(s) will be permitted reasonable time without loss of pay during their working hours to investigate and process grievances. A grievant who is called back on a different shift or on his/her day off as a result of the Employer scheduling a grievance meeting shall have such time spent in the meeting considered as time worked. Witnesses whose testimony is pertinent to the Union's presentation or argument will be permitted reasonable time without loss of pay to attend grievance meetings and/or respond to the Union's investigation. No employee or Union representative shall leave his/her work to investigate, file or process grievances without first notifying and making mutual arrangement with his/her supervisor or designee as well as the supervisor of any unit to be visited, and such arrangements shall not be denied unreasonably. Employees attending grievance meetings shall normally be those having direct involvement in the grievance. The Employer reserves the right to require reasonable documentation of time spent in processing grievances including time spent using the telephone for these purposes. The Employer agrees that such documentation of time shall not be construed to allow supervisors to question the content or merits of the grievance(s).

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • Meeting Space The Union may request use of State property to hold meetings. Where feasible, the Employer will provide such space. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
