Timing and Attendance. The PAG shall meet no less frequently than [***] in each [***] period during the Research Plan; provided, however, that the PAG may meet more or less frequently upon mutual agreement of the program coordinators. The first meeting of the PAG shall be held within [***] of the Effective Date. Meetings of the PAG shall be held at such times and locations as may be mutually agreed by the program coordinators, which times and locations shall be communicated in writing (including, without limitation, by e-mail) to the other members of the PAG with reasonable advance notice of the meeting. At least [***] Icagen Designee, [***] CFF Designee and [***] Designee shall be required to participate in a meeting for such meeting to be deemed a quorum. So long as a quorum is present at a meeting, the PAG may make, or decide to make, recommendations to Icagen, or take, or decide to take, such actions as are within the scope of the PAG’s authority hereunder. Members of the PAG may attend each meeting either in person or by means of telephone or other telecommunications device that allows all participants to hear and speak at such meeting simultaneously. At least [***] prior to each meeting, Icagen shall deliver (including by e-mail) to CFF and Sanofi a written report detailing the progress made on the Research Plan since the last meeting of the PAG. Within [***] after the date of each meeting, the Icagen Designees shall prepare and deliver (including by e-mail) to the CFF Designees and the [***] Designee written minutes of such meeting setting forth in detail all discussions and/or recommendations of the PAG made at such meeting, which minutes shall be subject to the prior approval of CFF’s program coordinator.

Timing and Attendance. The Research Committee will meet on a quarterly basis alternating between the locations of Diversa and Syngenta and its Affiliates, or at such other sites as the Research Committee may agree, and will otherwise communicate regularly by telephone, electronic mail, facsimile and/or video conference. Attendance at meetings shall be at the respective expense of the participating Parties. If personal attendance is not possible, voting by proxy is permissible. Either Party may include other full-time employees of such Party or its Affiliates from time to time at Research Committee meetings as non-voting participants. Each Party may invite consultants of a Party or its Affiliates, with the prior approval of the other Party, to attend, but not vote at, Research Committee meetings.

  • Attendance MPS shall allow any Charter School pupil who meets MPS admission standards to enroll in an MPS School, in accordance with MPS Student Assignment Policies, as amended from time to time, unless such pupil has been expelled from Charter School.

  • Attendance at Meetings Any employee required to attend Occupational Health and Safety Committee and/or Board of Management meetings in the capacity of employee representative shall, if such meetings are held outside the ordinary hours of work, be entitled to receive ordinary pay per hour for the actual time spent in attendance at such meetings. In lieu of receiving payment, employees may, with the agreement of the employer, be permitted to be free from duty for a period of time equivalent to the period spent in attendance at such meetings. Such time spent shall not be viewed as overtime for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • Attendance and Waiver of Notice Attendance by a Director at any meeting (in person, telephonically or by proxy) shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where a Director attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened. Neither the business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors need be specified in the notice or waiver of notice of such meeting.

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Conference Attendance The Federation will be entitled to five (5) person days per year release time for designated Federation representatives to attend conferences. All conference expenses will be the responsibility of the Federation, unless funding is requested and approved through regular District processes for conference attendance.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Perfect Attendance A bonus for perfect attendance will be paid to both full and part-time employees. The amount of $100 will be paid for the first quarter of perfect attendance, $125 for the second accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, $150 for the third accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, and $250 for the fourth quarter of accumulated perfect attendance. Payment for perfect attendance shall be reflected in the second paycheck each January and July for qualifying Association members. These pay days may be adjusted if the school calendar changes. In order to be considered for perfect attendance no sick leave, personal leave days, partial days, or days without pay may be used during the quarter.

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.
