Title Teachers. A. All Title I positions that become vacant shall be filled by a tutor with reading training, or the tutor will receive appropriate reading training provided by the District. Title Teachers shall be subject to the Negotiated Agreement, except as listed herein.

Title Teachers who work a full teacher’s day shall be entitled to conference time and a duty-free unpaid lunchtime. Full-time Title Teachers shall be entitled to bid on teacher positions.
