– TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS POLICY. Effective August 1, 2016, the University of West Florida is a tobacco-free campus. The use of cigarettes (electronic or traditional) or other tobacco products is prohibited in all UWF-owned buildings and outdoors on all UWF campus properties. The use of cigarettes (electronic or traditional) or other tobacco products is prohibited in all FPU-owned buildings and outdoors on all FPU campus properties. The Contractor must fully comply with this tobacco free policy.
– TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS POLICY. Contractor shall fully comply, and shall ensure its employees and agents fully comply, with the University’s tobacco-free policy that prohibits the use of cigarettes (electronic or traditional) and other tobacco products in all UWF buildings and outdoors on all UWF campus properties.
– TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS POLICY. On January 1, 2011 the University adopted a tobacco free campus policy. As of January 1, 2012 compliance with the tobacco free campus policy became mandatory. This Section serves as notification to Contractor of the policy and provides the parameters of compliance enforcement. Contractor shall be responsible for notifying its workers and subcontractors regarding the policy and for enforcement of the policy with same. Noncompliance will be managed as follows:
a. First offense – counseling of contractor employee.

– TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS POLICY. Cleveland State University has a vital interest in maintaining a safe, healthy, and respectful learning and working environment for members of the university community. The university seeks to set a model for a tobacco free workplace and promotion of healthy lifestyles now and in the future. Research findings show that use of tobacco products in general constitutes a significant health hazard. Tobacco use, including the sale, advertising, sampling and distribution of tobacco products and tobacco related merchandise is prohibited in all university facilities, on all university grounds, whether leased or owned, and at university- sponsored events, regardless of the venue.
