TOBACCO FREE WORKPLACE. (a) Tobacco products include cigarettes, cigars, pipes, snuff, snus, chewing tobacco, smokeless tobacco, dipping tobacco and any other non-FDA approved nicotine delivery device. (b) The tobacco free workplace policy refers to all Capital Metro owned or leased property. Note that this includes all buildings, facilities, work areas, maintenance facilities, parking areas and all Authority owned vehicles. (c) Tobacco use is not permitted at any time on Capital Metro owned or leased property, including personal vehi- cles parked in Capital Metro parking lots. (d) Littering of tobacco-related products on the grounds or parking lots is also prohibited.

TOBACCO FREE WORKPLACE. 15.4.1 The Employer, the Union, and employees will comply with the requirements set forth in the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act (NCIAA). 15.4.2 Vaping or smoking on State of Nevada premises or in State-owned vehicles is strictly prohibited outside of designated areas. 15.4.3 Employees who wish to receive resources on smoking and tobacco cessation should visit xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
TOBACCO FREE WORKPLACE. The Board of Education of Xxxxxxx County is committed to providing employees, students and visitors with a safe and healthy environment. It is also in the educational interest of this Board to set a positive example by its actions. The sale or use of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes or vapor-type devices, is strictly prohibited while on or in property owned, leased or used by Xxxxxxx County Public Schools at all times. This includes facilities and vehicles. There shall be no exceptions.

Prior to taking such an approach, the Department of Health will provide ninety (90) days notice to affected nurses. The Department of Health will help identify smoking and tobacco cessation resources for nurses who request help to stop smoking or using tobacco products.

TOBACCO FREE WORKPLACE. When at LACOE-owned or LACOE–leased buildings, both parties hereby agree to comply with the Los Angeles County Board of Education’s Policy 3513.3 which states: The County Board recognizes the health hazards associated with smoking and the use of tobacco products including the breathing of second-hand smoke, and desires to provide a healthy environment for students and staff. The County Board prohibits the use of tobacco products at any time in LACOE-owned or leased buildings, on LACOE property and in LACOE vehicles.

TOBACCO FREE WORKPLACE. Consistent with our mission, it is the policy of the District to provide a healthy and pollution free working environment. Therefore, smoking and/or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in all District buildings, including but not limited to, open space areas, private offices, lounges, lobbies, conference rooms, and rest rooms. Such use is also prohibited in District vehicles. Such use is permitted outside District buildings, facilities, and vehicles during non-work time.

Effective January 1, 2018 tobacco of any type (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, e- cigarettes, etc.) will be prohibited on all DTNA property.
